List of Materials Used

Examples of representative materials used for secondary alloy production are shown below.

Primary ingot: New bare metal with a purity of 99.7% refined by electrolyzing alumina.

Base Metal: Recycled bare metal made from aluminum scraps.

1000 series: Scraps with aluminum purity of 99.5% or more and without adhered matter.

2000 series: Scraps with aluminum purity of 99.0% or more and without adhered matter.

Litho sheet: Scraps used for the various printings.

Tought Taboo: Scraps of mixed aluminum alloys without adhered matter.

6063 scrap: Scraps of aluminum sashes without adhered matter.

6063 Extrusion Scrap with attachment: Scraps of dismantled aluminum sashes.

Tense (New）: Scraps of aluminum castings and die-castings without adhered matter.

Tense (Old): Scraps of aluminum castings and die-castings with adhered matter.

Wheel scrap: Scraps of aluminum wheels for automobiles and motorcycles.
