Pure Al die cast alloys with high thermal conductivity

Advances in motors and power equipment have created a demand for materials with high electrical and thermal conductivity.
In response, Nikkei MC Aluminium has developed the DX01 and DX02 alloys, which feature improved seizure resistance and electrical conductivity.

DX26
Al-2Ni-Fe alloy
This alloy achieves high thermal conductivity even as an F material.
DX01
Al-Fe alloy
This alloy offers 50% or higher electrical conductivity, lower mold seizure than 99.7% aluminum, and improved proof strength.
DX02
Al-Fe-Cu alloy
Adding Cu to the DX01 alloy gives this alloy additional improvements in proof strength.
